RETURN POLICY – CRANK & CAMS


At CRANK & CAMS, every piece is embroidered with precision and inspired by a true love for automotive design. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition,

  • It must include original packaging and tags,

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our production, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items (e.g. custom embroidery or limited edition pieces),

  • Gift cards,

  • Sale or clearance items.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact us at info@crankandcams.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

  2. We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and notify you by email whether the return is accepted.

  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of use,

  • Tags or original packaging are missing,

  • The return was initiated outside the return window.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us first by email.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For returns over €75, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service.
